Dr. Rateb Jneid, President of AFIC, along with the management and board members of Al Ameen College in Perth, were delighted to receive Hajj Hafez Alameddine, President of the Lebanese Muslim Association (LMA), and Brother Gamel Kheir, Secretary and spokesperson of LMA. During their visit, they engaged with numerous sheikhs, imams, and community leaders.
AFIC, established in 1964, stands as the Peak Muslim Organisation in Australia, with 170 members including 9 State and Territory Councils. It has a rich history of pioneering numerous community services and actively advocating for the rights and representation of the Muslim community.
